The Obligation

The obligation started way back during the ruling of the Royal Families whom were the Administrator of their own states which still exist but limited to few states and almost extinct of their roles and responsibilities in the new generation. However, the obligation still remains which has been carried out by the prevailing authority known as the Government.

As time passed by with evolution of information, technologies and regulations developed in the global communities at large, the importance and function of the said parties are almost irrelevant to the policies and governance of the prevailing authority today. Despite all the changes and wealth made by the prevailing authority, the obligation and the wealth of the past still remain sound behind ‘Closed Doors’ which seems to be a mystery and even to the extent as a Myth to the rest of the world.

These obligations were passed through from generations which provide sound knowledge to those who have in possession of the information and wealth in various forms which are still available and cannot be denied by the existing authority but next to impossible in order to make it a reality. However, the obligation remains within the system which provides sound platform for others to carry out their duties in delivering the rights for the people within the context of ‘Human Rights’.
